Trades-King will share some of the confidential information to its members through the services provided on this website. This confidential information will also include “Alerts” which are the sole property of Trades-King. These alerts have the information you need to enter a solid trade on a particular stock, currency, or financial instrument and they come with a firm price and time.
The members and users, and other people with whom we will share our alerts and any other confidential information understand and agree that dissemination, selling, and sharing of such confidential information within or related to our website and services would be detrimental to the integrity of our website. For the sake of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, confidential information, trading alerts, trading signals, strategies, plans, trade secrets, objectives, and materials are the sole property of Trades-King, and users, students, and other people understand and agree to not share, sell, or disclose the confidential information, alerts, trading signals, strategies, plans, trade secrets, objectives and materials to any person, corporation, association, company or entity, and shall take all steps necessary to protect such confidential information and other materials available through our website from disclosure.
The users, members and other people to whom we share this information understand and acknowledge that any breach of this NDA could result in damages, losses, costs, or expenses to the Trades-King website and platform and such action will be subject to legal action which may be taken by the lawyers, legal consultants or other representatives of Trades-King. In a dispute arising out of or related to this Non-Disclosure Agreement, we shall have the right to collect reasonable attorney fees, costs, and other legal expenditures from the students, users, and other people in breach of this NDA.
This NDA shall maintain its integrity should a provision (or any part thereof) be claimed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction due to invalidity or conflict with any relevant law, and the unenforceable provision shall be construed in such a way as to preserve the intent for which it was created.
SECTION 9 – CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS IN TERMS OF SERVICE
