We use marketing services on the website of Trades-King in order to provide you interesting offers. In order to do that we display advertisements through different advertisement service providers that use web beacons and cookies. These cookies and web beacons are activated when a user visits the Trades-King website. Web beacons are small files usually in image format which are used by third-party services for the purpose of monitoring users’ activity at a website. To present online advertising on our website we primarily use the services of Google Ad-Exchange, Google AdSense.

Trades-King through the website (https://traders-view.services/), uses and provides business services through the WhatsApp Messenger Application Integration Module (the “Messenger”). The services provided by us through the Messenger shall also be known as the “services”. This service allows us to offer live chat service and enable us to offer customer support over WhatsApp. The users and visitors will be able to ask queries and get answers to those queries.
3.4 “Do Not Track” (DNT) Signals
DNT is a form of technology that authorizes a user using a specific browser to allow or disallow from collecting information through that specific browser. However, since, there are no legislations or proper mechanisms for browsers to do that, therefore, Trade-Kings website doesn’t respond to DNT signals.

CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act) is the state law of California (USA) which has to be mentioned in the privacy policies by online businesses and websites. CalOPPA is not only for the websites of California or the United States of America but it is for every business that wants to operate and wants to collect data from the residents of California. This law states how the privacy information of the residents of the State of California will be collected and used by the websites.
